FIRST SHOT LACROSSE

First Shot Lacrosse, LLC is focused on the development of youth lacrosse players, ages 5-10 years old.  Our primary focus is providing players with a solid foundation of lacrosse fundamentals so players are prepared to compete at the next level, whether it is a recreational organization, school program, or elite youth travel program.  We achieve this by creating a fun atmosphere where players actively participate following the basics of the US Lacrosse ADM. We accomplish this by utilizing tools such as small-sided games, building developmentally appropriate skills, and focusing on the positive growth of the whole athlete.
