Private lessons offer a unique, dynamic approach to the game of lacrosse, lending personalized focus and training, thereby offering our students a competitive edge and building confidence on and off the field. We offer private “one on one” hour-long instruction, or semi-private (small group) instruction. (Two coaches for 4 or more athletes). All experience levels are welcome. We focus on improving fundamentals or starting fresh with the basics. We base our structure around the athlete’s specific goals by maximizing strengths and minimizing weaknesses.
First Shot Lacrosse can structure lessons for all aspects of the game of lacrosse, whether it is offense, defense, or goaltending. Our group lessons allow us to tailor instruction that provides for situational play that mimics actual games, thereby providing a chance for athletes to apply the knowledge in game based situations.
